One day I found myself in a zoological museum – Musee Koenig, in Bonn. The building was magnificent, both from outside and inside.

It was a very interesting museum with taxidermy animals and birds, in beautifully created settings of places they would be found in, along with interactive displays talking about our impact on the earth and how can we make it better. I guess I was the only adult there who came for herself and not for his/her kids, which probably surprised the receptionist π.
On the top floor, I found this beautiful door which was out of bounds for the visitors. And that made me very curious as to what was inside. A laboratory or a workshop where they made the beautiful dioramas that were on display or just a boring clerical office, or may be Narnia!

For Danβs Thursday Doors.
In this blog, I focus on sharing some of the photographs that I capture, often during my travels but also in the everyday life. If you’d like to read about my travels, you can find the stories on this blog – Reflections on the River.
Lovely building and door π

Those are lovely doors. I’d be curious, too as to what lies behind those doors.
