There’s a temple in Agra, that has been under contruction for more than a hundred years. The work in marble is exquisite. But so is the work on the wooden doors, which is what I wanted to show today. The temple is known by the name of the spiritual tradition Radha Swami (or Radha Soami), founded by Shiv Dayal Singh ji in 1861, and is located in Dayalbagh. It used to be open but then was closed for more construction since the last couple of years. I heard it will open again in a few months.

For Thursday Doors.
In this blog, I focus on sharing some of the photographs that I capture, often during my travels but also in the everyday life. If you’d like to read about my travels, you can find the stories on this blog – Reflections on the River.
This must be extraordinary to see in person! Thanks for sharing.
